Weekly meal planning for kids

Cute Meals (CuteMeals) is a recipe and meal planning app for parents and caregivers of children 6 months and older. It helps organize recipes around a child profile and arrange breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in a weekly plan.

How to create a weekly plan

Start with a child profile containing age, developmental stage, declared allergies, dietary preferences and relevant restrictions. If you have more than one child, manage their suggestions in separate profiles.

Review recipes filtered for the profile, the reasons behind suggestions and estimated nutrition values. Arrange meals across the week, mark completed meals and refresh suggestions as needed.

What changes a recipe suggestion?

Cute Meals considers age, developmental stage, declared allergens, preferences and restrictions together when filtering and ranking recipes. Recent meals and recipe repetition help inform variety across the week.

A suggestion score helps explain why a recipe was shown. It does not guarantee suitability, nutritional adequacy or allergen safety. Check the actual ingredients and product labels yourself.

Adapt the plan to everyday life

Review ingredients, portions and preparation steps before choosing meals for the week. Adjust the plan to your family’s routine. The parent or caregiver makes the final decision.

The estimated nutrition view lets you review calories, protein and selected vitamins and minerals. Values depend on ingredients, portions and preparation; they do not establish how much a child actually consumed.

Where can I use Cute Meals?

Cute Meals is available for iOS and Android with Turkish and English interfaces. This website explains the app and its features; manage child profiles and personal meal plans in the mobile app.

Cute Meals is not a medical device and does not provide medical nutrition therapy. Consult a qualified health professional about allergies, starting solids or a health-related nutrition concern.
