Cute Meals Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By downloading, installing or using the Cute Meals application, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept the terms, do not use the Application.
2. Scope of the License
Cute Meals grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable right to use the Application for personal and non-commercial purposes.
3. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to copy, distribute, reverse engineer, bulk-scrape, misuse or remove proprietary notices from the Application.
4. Health & Nutrition Disclaimer
Cute Meals is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Suggestions depend on information entered by the user and defined system rules.
Nutrition values are estimates based on reference data and portion assumptions.
Do not use the Application in place of professional medical opinion.
5. User Account and Security
You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
6. Children’s Data
The Application may process health and nutrition information about your child. Processing details are explained in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Application, database, interface, logo, trademark and content may be owned by Cute Meals or relevant rights holders.
8. User Content
You retain your rights in meal photos, messages and other content you upload. You grant Cute Meals a limited, worldwide licence, capable of being sublicensed to service providers, only as needed to operate the service, analyse the content, return results, maintain security and comply with law. The licence ends after deletion and a reasonable technical backup cycle, except for records that must be retained by law.
9. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions, if offered, are subject to platform terms and applicable mandatory law.
10. Service Changes and Interruptions
Cute Meals may change, suspend or discontinue features subject to applicable law.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Subject to mandatory law, the Application is provided as is.
12. Limitation of Liability
Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, Cute Meals is not responsible for indirect loss caused by inaccurate user input, third-party outages or use of the Application as a substitute for medical advice. Nothing excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury or another liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Indemnification
Claims arising from a breach are considered subject to mandatory consumer provisions.
14. Termination
Usage rights may be terminated following a material breach and applicable notice requirements.
15. Changes to the Terms
Material changes are communicated before taking effect.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, subject to mandatory consumer provisions.
