You can request access, a copy, correction or deletion for your Cute Meals account and the child profiles you manage.

What you can request

  • Learn whether and how your data is processed
  • Request a copy or portable format
  • Correct incomplete or inaccurate data
  • Request deletion, destruction or anonymisation where applicable
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent prospectively
  • Ask about data recipients

How to submit

  1. Write from the email used for your account.
  2. State the request type and relevant profile.
  3. Do not attach unnecessary health data or identity documents.
  4. Only proportionate verification will be requested if needed.
Create data-request email
Valid KVKK requests are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days. You may have a right to complain to the Turkish Data Protection Authority if a request is rejected or unanswered.
